I recently received your letter on the NDSU Library project. It was a pleasure working with you and we will gladly add you to our specifications for future projects. Shop drawings went well and the install looks great. Your letter includes some very nice pictures of the skylight, would you mind sharing those images with me? I didn't get a chance to get any pictures up on the roof last year and I'm afraid the skylight will never look as nice and clean as it does in your picture.

The three men that assembled the greenhouse were very friendly, competent and represented WSD in a very positive manner....I have seedlings started under lights in the basement that will require "real sun" soon and I remain estatic about my new greenhouse. God willing Karen and I will have many years enjoying that special smell and warmth that exists in a greenhouse on those cold February days.

I just wanted to let you know how wonderful Jorge has been this past week. The schedule re re-siding my house fell apart - they started several days before they were supposed to. Jorge was just great. I don't know what this did to his work schedule, but he showed up today, 30 minutes after I spoke to him on the phone, to do the work of removing the flashings. This way the siders could remove all the siding without damaging the screened deck and the work is done in the order that it should be. Jorge also met with our Tamarack carpenter who is overseeing the work of the contractors and Chip has a good understanding of what is needed to happen re the screened deck. Jorge clearly went above and beyond expectations and I so appreciate that.

I thanked Jorge for his effort, but thought you should also know about this.
